100% natural fiber grown on our Michigan Farm. These pellets are steamed and pressed waste fiber from our merino sheep and angora goats. Each 2-ounce bag of  garden pellets contains enough to use in up to four hanging baskets or along a row in your  garden. They contain nitrogen a natural fertilizer, and absorb and retain moisture longer, so baskets don’t dry out so quickly. Water on Friday and return on Sunday to find your plants are still vibrant. The pellets, when placed on the soil surface as mulch, are a natural slug repellent. 

Sprinkle around the stems of your impatiens, and other annuals that slugs love to nibble on. Wool turns them off.
