We have ONE awesome 2-year-old merino stud for sale. I’ve learned over the years that you never want to enter the breeding season without a back-up stud. Just in case… there’s always something that can go wrong on a farm. Be it a downed tree, trapped horns, or old age… something happens in November, just before breeding. 

Surprise was my super stud this past year, and I kept the young guys for back-up. They got to play with four proven ewes and they learned the ropes. One is staying to be my main breeder, the other I will reluctantly let go, to the right farm. I’m going to be picky. He’s $1,500. No discounts. I don’t want him to go. You need to prove to me that yours is the farm he needs to be on. He is not registered. His dam came from Genopallette in Missouri. He carries a color gene (7 generations back), so if you put him with a ewe carrying color genetics, you may get natural colored lambs.
