Wow! This turned out to be amazing. It’s a limited edition of Combed Top from our ewe named “Aren’t You Gorgeous!” She’s 82 % merino out of Bob and 18% Blue face Leicester out of my favorite BFL ewe, Blue (the best mom we’ve ever had). This combed Top has been a delight to spin with a drop spindle. I can hardly wait to continue on the wheel. The Top is sold in four ounce balls. Fine enough to spin as lace, fun to spin as a worsted.
